Are you a solutions-focused Contract Administrator looking for your next challenge?
We're seeking a capable and innovative Contract Administrator to join our high performing team.
You'll play a key role in delivering fit-for-purpose critical infrastructure, supporting resilient communities and thriving industries.
What you'll be doing:
Administer contracts, subcontracts and supplier agreements in accordance with project and contractual requirements.
Identify contract risks early and recommend ways to manage them
Act as the first contact for contract enquiries from project teams and external parties
Advise project teams and managers on contractual matters
Support project forecasting, cost control, reporting and commercial performance activities.
What you'll bring:
2-5 years of experience in contract administration
Civil Construction Experience
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Law, Construction Management or a related field
Strong time management,



prioritisation and communication skills
Experience working with subcontractors and project delivery teams
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and a willingness to develop scheduling software skills.
Experience using Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
