Project Manager / Construction Manager / Secondary Nominated SupervisorThis is a senior operational leadership role responsible for overseeing multiple class 1a Residential projects, supervising delivery teams, and ensuring all works are completed safely, compliantly, and to a high standard.
The successful applicant will be listed as a Nominated Supervisor under the company contractor licence (alongside other nominated supervisors).
Key responsibilitiesAct as Lead Project Manager across multiple projects (opportunity to grow into a Construction Manager Role as the team grows and Developes)Act as one of the company's Nominated Supervisors under the contractor licenceEnsure compliance with NCC, Australian Standards, and NSW Fair Trading requirementsOversee programming, sequencing, and construction methodologyProvide technical leadership and buildability inputManage WHS systems, QA processes, defects,



and handoverSupport continued growth across residential and apartment remedial worksAbout youNSW Builder Licence – Builder General or Builder – Medium Rise (suitable for nomination)Strong experience delivering either Class 1 or Class 2 projectsStrong knowledge of NCC and regulatory compliance obligationsExperience in façade, balcony, or waterproofing (highly desirable - not compulsory)Trade background (highly desirable)Based on, or willing to be based on, Central Coast NSWAbout usA growing NSW-based construction company delivering residential (Class 1a), remedial (Class 2) and commercial works across the Central Coast and surrounding regions.
