You'll work closely with senior leaders, influence commercial outcomes, and drive improvements that enhance the way we plan, analyse and manage performance across the business.Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities across the ANZ businessDevelop and maintain driver-based financial models covering revenue, expenses and headcountDeliver monthly management reporting and provide meaningful insights into business performanceAnalyse trends, risks and opportunities,



helping leaders make informed decisionsPartner with stakeholders across multiple functions to translate financial data into actionable recommendationsDrive process improvement, automation and reporting enhancements, including leveraging Power BI and other analytical toolsSupport governance, financial controls and compliance with Zurich standardsCollaborate with regional and global finance teams to deliver planning and reporting requirementWhat skills and experience you'll bring on this journey:We're looking for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys turning data into insights and partnering with the business to drive results.CA or CPA qualification5+ years' experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A;, Commercial Finance or Financial ManagementStrong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling capabilityAdvanced analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and tell the story behind the numbersExperience driving process improvement, automation and reporting efficienciesStrong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence and challenge constructivelyExperience working in a complex or matrixed organisationInsurance industry experience is not essential.Why you'll love working with us!
