We partner with clients to deliver solutions that combine process design, engineering design, training, commissioning, and ongoing support for the life of their projects.We are seeking an experienced project leader to join our Technologies Team in Brisbane and drive the delivery of modular-scale concentrator plants.
You will own end-to-end delivery of modular flotation concentrator projects of up to 1,000,000 t/y ore throughput and be the single point of accountability from feasibility through to commissioning and ramp-up.You will coordinate metallurgy, EPC/EPCM and OEM scopes, work with clients on capital and scope trade-offs at PFS and FS stages, and hold technical ownership of flowsheet and throughput decisions through to first production.Whilst modular concentrator delivery will be the primary focus of the role there will be opportunities for additional exposure to due diligence and innovation.
You will report directly to the Director of Technologies.
The role will include travel, both domestic and international.You will be responsible for:Project delivery under the Glencore Technology governance processes for the delivery and commissioning periods of the plants.Holding technical ownership of flowsheet and throughput decisions through to first productionWorking with internal stakeholders, external suppliers and subcontractorsBuilding and maintaining productive client relationshipsAchieving the agreed project parameters of safety, cost, quality,
