Their main customer base typically exists within the data centre, renewable energy (BESS, batteries & solar), mining and industrial sectors.Our customer is also part of a larger group of companies that are recognised as a global player in the power generation industry.Due to a rapid start and a full order book, we are looking for an experienced Electrical Service Manager to lead the planning, installation, commissioning and operational safety of the business across Australia.Role:You will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:-Planning, installation, commissioning of loadbanks, transformers and other ancilliary equipment on customer sitesInitial development and adherance of safety standards and procedures including SWMS, JSA etcEnsure that all equipment is serviced, maintained, verified and available for rapid deployment to customer sites.Act as the technical authority for the team regarding troubleshooting, faults,



breakdowns and repairsDeliver high level of customer service and satisfactionMentor the technical team to create a high performance cultureTo be successful in this role you must have:-Electrical Trade background with an A Grade Electrical Licence is manditoryIn depth knowledge of power, diesel generators, BESS/batteries, transformers or heavy industrial environments.Previous service or operational management or leadership experience in the electrical industry, ideally leading teams in the fieldPrevious experience developing safe work procedures, SWMS, JSA's, SOP's and other safety or environmental proceduresBe prepared to travel and understand the demands of a commisioning management role.
(Site travel is limited but expected from time to time)Excellent communication skills and the ability to consult to your clients on technical issuesHonest and reliable in all facets of your workYou will be rewarded with a competitive base salary which is negotiable for the right person, Superannuation & Car Allowance.
