Reporting to the Zone Manager, you'll take ownership of a territory spanning from Kempsey to Forster/Tuncurry, managing relationships across 27 stores while leading a team of three Sales Support Representatives.
This is a hands-on field leadership role where you'll combine coaching, sales execution and customer engagement to drive strong commercial outcomes across your patch.

You're commercially minded, self-motivated and bring a natural ability to influence others.
You may currently be working as a Territory Manager within FMCG, or perhaps you're a Grocery Manager, Assistant Store Manager or retail leader looking to transition into a customer-facing sales role.
