mentor and grow a team of service techniciansManage a portfolio of commercial clients across BrisbaneBuild strong, long-term client relationships through regular engagementOversee maintenance contracts and ensure compliance across assetsManage P&L; performance and drive profitabilityIdentify and secure current business opportunitiesPrepare quotes and win new service and maintenance contractsDeliver exceptional customer service and proactive solutionsAbout YouYou're a driven, customer-focused leader who thrives on delivering results and building strong relationships.
