Through Mining Process Solutions (MPS), we are commercialising Glycine Leaching Technology (GLT), our proprietary alternative leaching reagent for the mining industry, extending its reach into new commodities and operating contexts worldwide.The RoleWe are seeking an Innovation Manager to lead innovation for our GLT business.
Reporting to the Technology Manager: Innovation and Development, and based in Perth, this role owns the GLT technology pipeline end to end — from opportunity identification and laboratory testwork through to piloting, plant trials and commercialisation — working with customer-facing teams to resolve field issues and feed learnings back into development.What You'll DoDefine and own the GLT innovation strategy and a prioritised pipeline of new applications, commodities, ore types and flowsheet improvementsOwn the design, execution and integrity of laboratory and bench-scale testwork programmesBuild techno-economic evaluations and present evidence-based recommendations at gate reviewsBuild and lead a multi-disciplinary team spanning metallurgy, chemistry, laboratory testwork, molecular modelling and engineeringOversee invention capture and support patent filing with Legal and external attorneysHand validated concepts to piloting and commercialisation,
