Midcoast Trucks is seeking a Finance & Human Resources Assistant to join our team in Macksville, NSW.
This is a full time position that offers a unique opportunity to support both our financial operations and human resources functions.
In this role, you will be integral to ensuring smooth administrative processes across these critical business areas, working closely with our Finance and HR teams to provide essential support that keeps our organisation running efficiently.What you'll be doingProcessing invoices, expense reports and financial documentation in a timely and accurate mannerMaintaining financial records and ensuring proper filing and organisation of all documentationAssisting with payroll administration, including data entry and verification of employee informationScheduling and coordinating HR appointments, interviews and meetingsSupporting recruitment activities such as posting vacancies, screening applications and maintaining candidate recordsPreparing HR correspondence and documentation including offer letters, contracts and policy acknowledgementsResponding to routine employee queries regarding HR policies and proceduresMaintaining employee records in compliance with legal requirements and company protocolsAssisting with general administrative tasks including data entry, database management and report preparationSupporting the Finance and HR teams with ad hoc projects and special initiatives as requiredWhat we're looking forCompleted secondary education or equivalent qualification (HSC or similar)Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications,
