AID is proud to be part of the Kingston Group of companies, a 100% family owned and operated that has been at the forefront of technology, innovation and distribution since ****.At AID, you'll be part of a team that keeps exciting products moving and helps bring entertainment to customers across Australia and New Zealand.We are seeking a motivated and experienced Returns Coordinator to join our warehouse operations team at our Gold Coast, Helensvale Distribution Centre.In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and processing supplier claims, as well as customer returns, ensuring returned stock is accurately received, inspected, recorded and processed in a timely manner.
You will play an important role in maintaining inventory accuracy, resolving return-related issues and ensuring a smooth returns process for our clients.We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail, good communication skills and the ability to work independently while contributing to a busy warehouse environment.WHAT WE OFFERFull-time permanent opportunity!
Monday to Friday 8AM – 4PM (7:30AM Start on Mondays)Work within a dedicated returns area with established processesA structured work setting focused on efficient returns processing,



stock accuracy and quality control.A varied role with responsibility and opportunities to develop your skills.10,000 sqm Organized and modern Warehouse facilityA hands-on position where attention to detail and initiative are valued.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCoordinate and manage the day-to-day returns process.Receive, inspect and process returned stock in accordance with client requirements.Identify, assess and document damaged, faulty or incorrect items.Update inventory systems and maintain accurate records of all returns.Investigate stock discrepancies and follow up on outstanding return queries.Liaise with internal warehouse team, sales and customer service staff to resolve issuesOrganise stock for restocking, quarantine, repair, disposal or return to suppliers, as required.Ensure returns are processed within agreed timeframes and service standards.Maintain a clean, safe and organised returns work area.Follow company procedures, workplace health and safety requirements and client-specific processes.WHAT YOU'LL BRING:Previous experience in a warehouse, returns, inventory or distribution role.Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.Good computer skills and the ability to learn warehouse management systems.Strong organizational and time-management skills.The ability to investigate problems and follow through until resolved.Clear communication skills and a professional approach when dealing with colleagues and clients.The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.A positive attitude, reliability and a strong work ethic.
