hands-on experience using ieMR in a fully digital Queensland Health facility within the last 12 monthsStrong understanding of maternity workflows and clinical processesAbility to support and guide staff through system navigation and troubleshootingClear communication skills and patience when explaining current processes to colleaguesFlexibility to work across different shifts and areas as needed during the rolloutPreferred QualificationsCurrent registration as a Midwife with AHPRAExperience supporting clinical staff through digital system implementations or change managementFamiliarity with Queensland Health systems and protocols
