We're looking for a motivated professional to join our team and take charge of commercial and some high-end residential projects across the greater Brisbane region.Why Join Us?
Steady Workload – Commercial projects including streetscapes, warehouses, townhouses, and some high-end residential landscaping.Work-Life Balance – 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with limited overtime and no weekend work.Supportive Team – Be part of a well-established company that values professionalism and quality.Fully Equipped – Uniforms provided and a company vehicle or car allowance included.What You'll Be Doing:Overseeing on-site landscaping projects from start to finish, including commercial streetscapes, warehouse/townhouse and some high end residential.Managing and coordinating staff, subcontractors,



and suppliers.Handling project logistics, including material orders and site operations.Liaising with clients and ensuring high-quality project outcomes.Maintaining a protected and efficient work environment.What We're Looking For:Experience in landscape construction – either as a supervisor or a skilled landscaper ready for the next step.Cert III in Landscaping (preferred), or strong hands-on experience.White Card (essential).
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work autonomously and drive projects to completion.Ready to Lead?
