This role is ideal for someone who can think on their feet, work well under pressure and keep things moving when plans change.
You'll be coordinating container bookings, communicating with truck drivers and helping manage changes to transport schedules throughout the day.What's on offer?
$***** per hourMonday to FridayEarly starts from 6amFinish once daily tasks are completed, typically around 12pm-1pmBusy,



hands-on role where no two days are the sameYour duties will include:Booking in containers and coordinating arrivalsManaging transport changes and adjusting to shifting prioritiesCommunicating with truck drivers and coordinating arrivals and departuresChecking off receivals stock and ensuring paperwork is passed on to the officeAssisting with general warehouse administration and ad hoc duties as requiredSupporting the wider warehouse team to keep daily operations running smoothlyWhat we're looking for:Previous warehouse administration, transport coordination or similar experience is highly regardedStrong communication and organisational skillsAbility to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environmentAdaptable and able to respond quickly to changing schedules and prioritiesConfident communicating with truck drivers and transport teamsReliable, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple tasksReady to get started?
