Victory Lutheran College is seeking a Junior ICT Support Officer to join our ICT team.
This is a great prospect for someone at the beginning of their ICT career who enjoys technology, problem-solving and helping others.Working across our College environment, you will gain practical experience supporting a wide range of users, devices and systems while developing your technical skills as part of an experienced team.
The role provides Level 1 technical support to staff, students and, at times, parents, and assists with the day-to-day operation of the College's ICT services.A current Victorian Employee Working with Children Check and National Police Check is required for this role.About the roleNo two days in a school ICT environment are quite the same.
You'll be involved in a broad range of practical ICT support, including:Providing Level 1 technical support and responding to helpdesk requestsSetting up and maintaining laptops, desktops, printers and mobile devicesInstalling, updating and troubleshooting softwareAssisting with user accounts, password resets and onboardingSupporting Microsoft 365, Adobe Creative Cloud and College systemsTroubleshooting classroom and meeting-room audiovisual equipmentAssisting with hardware inventory, software licences, warranty and repair claimsCreating user guides and helping staff confidently use ICT systemsSupporting the rollout of new technology and system upgradesProviding ICT support for College events, assemblies and presentations.About youWe're looking for someone who is approachable, practical and keen to learn.
