We've built a strong reputation around community, service, and genuinely great facilities - and we're continuing to raise the bar.Our club offers something truly unique, including Victoria's only saltwater pool using natural ocean water, a brand-new Reformer Pilates studio, and major gym upgrades that give members a standout training experience.We're looking for a motivated Membership Consultant to join our sales team.
This role operates on a Tuesday to Saturday roster, so weekend availability (Saturday) is essential.The RoleThis is a sales role for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and hitting targets.You'll be responsible for:Selling new memberships and managing renewalsTurning enquiries into booked appointments and salesReaching out to potential members and generating leadsShowing people around the club and helping them see the value of what we offerBuilding genuine connections that turn into long-term membersIt's a role that rewards consistency, follow-up, and a strong work ethic.What You'll Be DoingWorking towards (and exceeding)
