You will be an essential team member, and your responsibilities will include the following:Collecting blood and non-blood samples from patients including conducting basic tests such as ECG and Holter MonitoringFollowing strict guidelines and procedures to ensure all samples are accurately labelledGuiding patients or caregivers on sampling proceduresPreparing specimens for transportation to the laboratoryWe offer a comprehensive training program suitable for medical/health science students wishing to gain valuable experience in a clinical environment whilst studying.




You will learn high quality patient care and valuable clinical skills in a fast paced, flexible working environment.Is open to working a minimum of 20 hours on a scheduled roster, Monday to SundayIs passionate about healthcare and committed to providing excellent care and service to patients and doctorsA hard-working, motivated individual with a strong work ethicTeam player with the ability to work unsupervisedExcellent written and oral communication skillsHigh level attention to detail and record keeping skills.Prior to commencement, all candidates must provide documentary evidence of the following:Unrestricted working rights in AustraliaA National Police Check, Working with Children clearance and First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011) will be required prior to commencement.Please note, our program requires a non-negotiable minimum 20 hour per week commitment.Douglass Hanly Moir is an equal prospect employer
