Townsville City Council's Performing Arts Team at the Townsville Civic Theatre seeks a customer‐facing qualified to handle enquiries and ticket bookings with confidence.
You will work under supervision, delivering excellent service to audiences for upcoming shows and events, contributing to a positive guest experience.The role requires week‐long availability across seven days/nights, basic literacy/numeracy, and cash handling with EFTPOS operation.
