As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and hands‐on Production Assistant to join our manufacturing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast‐paced production environment and takes pride in producing quality products.
About the Role
As a Production Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting the manufacture and assembly of our premium roller shutter door products.
Working alongside an experienced team, you will assist with production processes, material handling, quality control, and general factory operations to ensure customer orders are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the manufacture and assembly of roller shutter door components
Operate production machinery and equipment in accordance with safety procedures
Prepare and move materials throughout the production facility
Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet Ezi Roll's high standards
Package and prepare finished products for dispatch
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment




Support inventory and stock movement activities
Work collaboratively to achieve daily production targets
About You
Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, or labouring roles is desirable
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Physically fit and capable of performing manual handling tasks
Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
