Established in ****, we provide a range of conveyor services including breakdown service, planned installation & maintenance and inspection services.We currently have positions available for Experienced/Qualified Belt Splicers and Trainee Belt Splicers in our Lithgowbased operations.Job Tasks and responsibilitiesInstall, repair and maintain fabric and solid woven conveyor beltProblem solve issues with conveyor belt operations both on-site and in the workshopScheduled and preventative maintenanceWork safely in a team situation, both in our workshop and on customer sitesAvailability for weekend overtime is expectedSkills and experienceEntry Level:Mechanical aptitudeA robust work ethic and a focus on workplace safetyExperience in labouring, construction,



trades or heavy industry is a bonusWillingness to learn and develop skills in a rare and necessary tradeExperienced:Cert III in Polymer Processing or currently working toward itProven experience with installing & working with conveyor belt systems.Ability to work independently and take responsibility for own actionsOur recruitment process includes an interview, a national police check and a pre-employment medical (including drug and alcohol testing).
