including Pronto.Maintaining records and ensuring information is entered correctly.Assisting with day-to-day office tasks and supporting the wider team.What We're Looking For The successful candidate will demonstrate:Excellent customer service and communication skills.Basic computer skills and confidence learning new systems.A professional phone manner and strong written communication.Good organisational skills and attention to detail.Effective time management and the ability to prioritise tasks.The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.A positive attitude and willingness to learn.Previous administration experience is advantageous, but candidates with the right attitude and transferable skills are encouraged to apply.What's on Offer?
$35$38 per hour casual, depending on experience.Monday to Friday, 8:00 am 4:00 pm.Consistent weekday work.Full training provided.A supportive team environment.An opportunity to develop your administration and customer service experience.Pre-Employment RequirementsSuitable applicants will be required to complete and successfully pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.
