About the company:
Our client, a reputable law firm located in the heart of Ipswich CBD, is looking for a full-time A-Z Conveyancer to join their welcoming team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in residential and commercial conveyancing and be able to manage files independently from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Take client instructions and manage conveyancing files independently
Prepare all necessary conveyancing documents
Liaise with third parties, including financiers, agents, and other solicitors
Handle all PEXA and in-house stamping requirements
Book and calculate settlement figuresConduct property searches
Invoice clients and prepare final correspondence




Perform general office duties, including answering phones and welcoming clients
Key Requirements:
Minimum of 2-5 years experience in residential and commercial conveyancing
Proficiency with PEXA and OSR platforms
Exceptional client service skills and responsiveness
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Initiative to take control and ownership of matters
Experience with LEAP software is advantageous
