The essentials we're looking for...
-Diploma in Children's Servicesor an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification (or higher).
-Previous experience working as aCentre Manager or Assistant Centre Manager (2IC)in an early childhood service.
-Strong knowledge and understanding of theEarly Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
-Robust knowledge of theNational Quality Framework (NQF),



National Quality Standards (NQS)and Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations.
-A strong understanding of compliance requirements and the day-to-day operations of a childcare service.
-Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build positive relationships with Educators, children and families.
-Strong computer literacy and confidence using childcare management systems, Microsoft Office and everyday administrative programs.
-Current and up-to-dateGECCKO training.
-Current Working with Children Check.
-Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
