The role focuses on safety, stability and wellbeing for children and families, delivering in-home support, assessments and action planning, with a strong emphasis on collaboration with Child Protection and community services.
The position requires a Diploma or higher in Social Work or related field, extensive experience with vulnerable populations, and a commitment to culturally secure
