You will lead a small F&B; team, oversee breakfast, lunch, and dinner service, mentor staff, and ensure guest satisfaction with high-quality standards.
Responsibilities include rostering, shift coordination, and maintaining RSA and hygiene compliance while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
