The Role
This is a hands-on Legal Practice Manager role covering the financial, administrative and day-to-day operations of the practice.
You'll work closely with the Principals and Lawyers and be involved across all aspects of keeping the firm running smoothly.
Part-time arrangements of at least 0.8 FTE will also be considered.
Duties
Manage all HR functions, employee matters and people processes
Provide strategic and day-to-date support to the Partners
Manage bookkeeping, cash flow, payroll, accounts and client billing
Liaise with clients,



manage outstanding accounts and handle debt collection
Assist with general reception, telephone and front of house duties
About you
Previous legal practice management experience is essential
Strong Xero knowledge
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.
Professional and confident with clients.
Enthusiastic and possess strong communication skills.
