Hollard Insurance is seeking a Senior Manager - Risk, Governance & Remediation to lead enterprise-wide risk uplift from a newly created RCA Leadership role, reporting to the Head of Optimisation.
You will partner with Line 1 and Line 2 risk teams to embed risk culture and methodologies across Hollard.
You'll own the RCAP deliverables through ****, govern RCA governance, data and reporting, and our customer remediation capability, including external partners, in a hybrid North Sydney setting.
