Darling Downs Health is seeking a Home Care Worker to help older people maintain independence, wellbeing and connection to the community.
You will support with personal care, household tasks and daily activities, building trusted relationships and promoting quality of life.
Ideal candidates will have a current C Class driver's licence, First Aid/CPR or the ability to obtain these on commencement, plus Certificate III/IV in Individual Support.
