Australian Mentoring Services (AMS) is seeking a Team Leader for Supported Independent Living in Campbelltown, NSW.
You will lead a team of Mentors across SIL homes, provide guidance, model best practice and ensure person-centred supports align with each participant's goals.
This permanent part-time role requires Saturday availability, trauma-informed care understanding, and strong communication.
You will coordinate daily operations and partner with families to ensure high-quality, secure support.
