About the Position
Take the lead in a distinctive dining destination as Restaurant Manager, overseeing service and creating an exceptional guest experience.
You'll lead and develop the front-of-house team, maintain service standards, and work closely with the kitchen to ensure smooth, consistent operations.

Position Description
Oversee daily restaurant operations and service delivery
Lead, coach and develop the front-of-house team
Manage restaurant bookings, table service and guest experience
Maintain high standards of service, presentation and hospitality
Coordinate closely with the kitchen to ensure smooth service
Manage rosters, staffing and labour costs
Oversee stock control, ordering and beverage operations
Monitor sales, costs and restaurant performance
Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues professionallySupport functions, special events and private bookings
Ensure RSA, workplace health and safety and venue compliance
Position Requirements
Previous Restaurant Manager or senior restaurant leadership experience
Background in quality restaurant, hotel or destination dining operations
Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a front-of-house team
Strong understanding of restaurant service and guest experience
Experience with rostering, labour costs, stock control and budgets
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Current RSA and sound knowledge of liquor compliance
Ability to work a flexible roster, including weekends and public holidays
Hands-on, professional and confident taking ownership of restaurant operations
