Cooking of food items
Have input to the preparation and planning of new menus.
Ensure that your section is clean, and prep is done a timely and efficient manner.
Stock ordering and control.
Work with the team to produce a high quality of line cooking, food preparation, and dish plating.
Adhere to and implement sanitation regulations and safety regulations.
Improve your cooking on a daily basis.
Any other duties required for a smooth operation of the kitchen and business.
You should have.
At least 1 year experience in fast-paced breakfast and lunch service Capability to work in high-pressure, rapid-paced environments A commitment to maintaining a high level of service.
