but experience in several of the following areas will help you succeed in this role:● Must have:o Strong software engineering fundamentals, including system design, designpatterns, clean code practices, and automated testing.o Proven hands-on development experience in Python, building scalable andmaintainable production systems.o Experience designing and delivering cloud-native, distributed or event-drivensystems and contributing to technical design decisions.o Experience building or integrating APIs, data pipelines, workflow automationand data-intensive applications.o Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and engineering automation, withexperience using tools such as GitHub Actions or similar.o Experience with cloud platforms (AWS).
o Knowledge of observability practices, including monitoring, logging, alerting,and production support.o Understanding of secure software development practices and DevSecOpsprinciples.
● Nice to have:o Experience or knowledge of banking, lending, working capital, trade finance,commodities or financial markets will be highly regarded.
