The RoleAs Settify's first Marketing Manager you'll be joining us at an exciting time as we look towards the next phase of growth.
Think global expansion to service customers in new areas of law.
We already know the business outcomes we're aiming for, so we'd like for you to come in and assess how we get there from a Marketing perspective.
You'll be helping to define where we are, work out what's needed, and lead the work to deliver it.This is a hands-on generalist role in a scale-up and each day can bring something new.
One day you might be helping with our brand partnerships, and the next it could be coordinating email marketing campaigns and producing a webinar series!
You'll do all of this in an autonomous,



tight knit team alongside people who genuinely care about the impact on the global legal landscape.What you'll doAssess Settify's marketing needs and build a plan that ties activity directly to commercial goalsBuild and maintain a consistent, scheduled presence on LinkedIn and social media, across organic and paid channelsCreate campaign and brand content, including social posts, ads, video, EDMs and collateralPartner with LEAP's marketing team to launch and run a regular webinar series, ensuring the right firms register and the right people presentPlan and run EDM campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to drive registrations, engagement and feature adoptionWork with Customer Success to build action plans that lift adoptionLay the groundwork for outbound marketing to firms outside the LEAP ecosystem, turning cold audiences into a warm pipeline for the sales teamLead branding work that reflects where Settify is today and raises our profile with small to medium law firmsWhat we're looking for5+ years of marketing experience, including time in a marketing manager or similarly autonomous roleB2B marketing experience, ideally marketing to professional services audiences such as legal, accounting or financial servicesHands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or with similar CRM systemsExperience running paid and organic social campaigns, particularly on LinkedInExperience producing webinars, events or EDM programs that drive registrationsConfident designing assets in Canva, Figma or similar design softwareStrong stakeholder management skills and experience working across multiple teams or business unitsA generalist skill set; comfortable moving between strategy,
