Your Contribution
Provide the highest standard of care for residents in accordance
with the Aged Care Standards and Aged Care ActDeliver comprehensive care and individual case management to
residents according to the organizational clinical framework and care
model.Ensure effective delivery of the nursing process through the
effective resident entry, assessment, care planning and delivery,
evaluation and exit recognized by qualified standards.Lead and coordinate care staff to effectively deliver residents
care, everyday activities, administration of medication and interventions that
promote overall resident well-being and meaningful engagementCoach the care staff to enable them to deliver high quality care,
develop skills and knowledge gaps.Liaise with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic
person-centered approachBuild positive relationships with Residents, families, and other
staff members




The Essentials
Aged Care nursing experience is essentialMinimum of 3 years of experience as a Registered NurseCurrent registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation
Agency (AHPRA).
Knowledge of legislation, regulations and evidence based best
practice relevant to aged careAlign with our values of Kindness, Integrity, Connection and
OptimismAbility to lead a team of Care StaffClinical assessment skills and commitment to best practice.
approaches to care deliveryOrganisational and planning skillsStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm under
