Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Accounts Coordinator to support both finance and operational functions.Your new role:Reporting to management, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day financial administration of a busy logistics and warehousing operation.
You will be responsible for ensuring accurate customer billing, maintaining account integrity and supporting wider finance activities across the business.Key responsibilities include:Preparing and issuing warehouse storage, handling and service invoicesManaging accounts receivable and following up outstanding debtsReconciling customer and supplier accountsReviewing operational charges to ensure accurate customer billingAssisting with accounts payable and finance administration tasksMaintaining financial records and supporting documentationLiaising with customers,
