At our Gympie Factory, we proudly produce some of Australia's most recognised coffee brands, including NESCAFÉ and INTERNATIONAL ROAST.We're looking for positive, safety-focused people to join our Fill & Pack team and be part of a friendly, high-performing manufacturing workplace.Position SummaryReporting to the Production Line Managers, you will be trained across a variety of production lines, filling and packing our coffee products into jars, cans, soft packs and bulk formats.Working as part of the Fill & Pack team, you'll help keep our production lines running safely, efficiently and to our quality standards.
Your responsibilities will include:Working safely and following all Health & Safety requirementsCompleting quality checks and accurately recording resultsMonitoring equipment and processes to help identify and prevent potential stoppagesFollowing standardised start-up, line operation and changeover proceduresSupporting the team to achieve daily production and site goalsUndertaking manual handling activities, including stacking finished productsMaintaining high standards of housekeeping and cleanliness within the production areaCarrying out other production duties as required to support the teamWhat Will Make You SuccessfulWe're looking for people who bring a positive attitude,



enjoy working as part of a team and take pride in doing things safely and well.Ideally, you will have:A positive, reliable and team-focused approachGood computer skills and the confidence to learn new systemsThe ability to undertake the physical requirements of the role, including manual handlingAvailability to be flexible to work day and/or afternoon shifts, Monday to FridayGood problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsPrevious experience in food manufacturing, production or processing, although this is not essentialA current forklift licence or the ability to obtain one, noting applicants must be 18 years or older to obtain the required licenceWhy Join Us?
