Open to guests and the public, One Spa has views of the water gardens, where guests can relax, unwind and retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.This is a casual role, approx 3 shifts week/20 hours, working full days 8.15am-5.30pm.
Flexibility is required to work a weekly rotating roster, including weekends & public holidays.

As a Spa Host, you'll be the welcoming face of One Spa and the first point of contact for our guests.
Based at reception, you'll warmly greet guests in person and over the phone, manage enquiries with care and stay one step ahead to ensure every interaction feels seamless.
With exceptional attention to detail and a calm, organised approach, you'll deliver warm,



friendly 5-star service that makes every guest feel relaxed, valued and cared for.
Your key responsibilities for the role include:customer service at reception answering the phone, take reservations, manage appointment availability, confirm bookings & processing paymentspreparing treatment rooms, equipment, folding towels & robesstock control, general back of house duties, managing lost propertypromoting One Spa products and servicesadministration support to theSpa Manager and Spa TherapistsWhat you'll need to be successfulFull availability & flexibility to work a weekly rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
Shift times are full days 8.15am - 5.30pm.
Approx 3 shifts/20 hours weekDay spa/beauty/wellness reception experience, ideally in a 4/5 hotel/resort, or similar premium environmentProficient administrative skills including Microsoft Office applications, Outlook and written and verbal communication skills.
