POOL PHYSICIANS PTY LTD is seeking an organised Office Administrator to join our expanding Cairns team.
This full-time role offers from $30 per hour with Monday–Friday hours (approx. 9am–5pm) and performance-based pay rises.You will manage daily operations, handle calls and emails, coordinate technician bookings, and support a friendly team.
We value reliable, customer-focused individuals with robust MS Office skills, Xero and Pooltrackr familiarity, and a proactive, detail‐driven mindset.
