Key responsibilities
Providing administrative support to Solicitors, Lawyers and legal teamsPreparing, formatting and amending legal documents and correspondenceManaging diaries, appointments and meeting coordinationLiaising with clients, courts, barristers, external stakeholders and government agenciesManaging confidential client information and maintaining accurate recordsFile management, document preparation and electronic filingPreparing court documents and legal briefs where requiredHandling telephone and email enquiries professionally and efficiently
Skills & experience
Previous experience working as a Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary or in a legal administration positionStrong knowledge of legal processes,



documentation and confidentiality requirementsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and organisational capabilityStrong computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office and legal practice management systems
