This opportunity will see you join a dedicated and supportive team responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the hospital.
This position specifically focuses on overnight cleaning of operating theatres, working from 10:00 pm to 4:30 am **********).
You will play an important role in maintaining a clean, safe environment and supporting the hospital's infection prevention and control standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness to all areas, including wards and operating theatres
Ensuring all equipment utilised on shifts is cleaned, restocked and stored in the appropriate storage areas
Working in a friendly and supportive manner at all times
Maintaining communication networks with nursing staff and other stakeholders ensuring quality clinical outcomes are achieved
About You:
Skills and Experience:
To be successful in this role you will:
Have experience in cleaning services or housekeeping services
Experience with auto scrubbers and polish machines
Enjoy providing a outstanding customer service experience
Be a team player and love to work within a large team
Demonstrate attention to detail and take pride in your work
Be dedicated to the highest standards of safety, cleanliness and infection control
Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster.
Remuneration




On offer is a base hourly rate of $*****+ superannuation, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
