We work closely with specialist practices to ensure the clinics we serve run smoothly — and we're known for the quality of the relationships we build.About the RoleThis is a role for someone who enjoys variety — and who takes as much pride in getting the details right in a pharmacy as they do in how they come across to a client.Day to day, you'll split your time between our Auchenflower pharmacy base and visiting the specialist medical clinics we service across Brisbane.
In the pharmacy, you'll be hands‐on — supporting dispensary staff with order preparation, packing, labelling, stock management, and general pharmacy operations.
Out in the field, you'll be the face of Brands Ophthalmic Plus — visiting clinics, fulfilling their service needs, and building the trusted relationships that underpin everything we do.It's a role that suits someone equally comfortable in a pharmacy environment and in front of a practice manager or clinic coordinator.What You'll Be DoingAssisting dispensary staff with order preparation, packing, and labellingManaging stock, coordinating orders,



and supporting general pharmacy operationsEnsuring accuracy and compliance with pharmacy protocolsSupporting the broader team with admin and coordination tasksVisiting specialist medical clinics across Brisbane and SEQ as a regular, trusted point of contactFulfilling clinic orders and service requirements accurately and within required timeframesBuilding and maintaining strong working relationships with clinic staff and practice managersRepresenting Brands Ophthalmic Plus professionally in every interactionProactively identifying clinic needs and escalating issues where requiredWhat We're Looking ForYou'll need:A professional presentation and confident, warm communication styleStrong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in a pharmacy contextSolid organisational skills and reliability — both the pharmacy and our clinics count on youA genuine service ethic and the ability to build rapport quicklyA current driver's licenceExperience as a pharmacy assistant or in a pharmacy environmentDispensing experience or familiarity with PBS workflowsExposure to a specialist, medical centre, or clinical environmentExperience in a client-facing or relationship-based roleWhat We Offer$27–$36 per hour + super — reflective of experience and qualificationsUse of a company vehicle during work hoursA genuinely diverse role — pharmacy work, client relationships, and autonomy in equal measureExposure to specialist medical environmentsA professional, supportive team behind you
