About the roleThis full‐time, 38‐hour position provides internal pharmacy support across our Robina, Coolangatta, Logan and Toowoomba clinics.
You'll be based within the Gold Coast region, travelling between sites with a car allowance provided.You'll work within clear clinical frameworks and established operating procedures, allowing you to focus on safe dispensing, consistent practice and meaningful patient interactions.
Full training is provided, with ongoing development to support your clinical confidence and growth.Key Responsibilities




Dispense medications safely and accurately in line with regulatory requirements
Provide professional patient counselling and education
Maintain compliant dispensing records and Schedule 8 management
Support dispensary workflow, stock control and inventory accuracy
Liaise with prescribers and clinic teams to optimise patient outcomes
Uphold internal policies, procedures and quality standards
Contribute to a professional, accountable and patient‐centred clinic setting
Identify opportunities for operational and clinical improvement
You'll bring:
Unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Sound professional judgement and ability to work independently
Clear, confident communication skills
