and bookings to keep the practice running smoothly behind the scenes.Working collaboratively alongside our clinical team to manage daily workflow in a busy specialist setting.Handling phone calls, processing correspondence, billing, Medicare, ECLIPSE claiming and maintaining an organized front-desk environment.About YouPrevious medical reception or healthcare administration role is desirableProficient computer skills and experience using "Genie" software preferredSound understanding of Medicare, ECLIPSE and Private BillingIs organised, detail-focused and able to follow processes accuratelyCommunicates professionally and with empathyWarm, friendly and positive approach working in a team to support our busy specialistsA high level of discretion and respect for patient privacy and confidentialityAbout UsOur specialist Gynaecology practice is built on a foundation of professional excellence, collaboration, and patient-first care.
