This role involves delivering person-centred care while supporting safety, dignity, and quality of life across all daily activities.Key ResponsibilitiesAll activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care and hygieneSafe mobility and transfers (including 2:1 assist and use of hoist/sling lifter)Meal preparation and 1:1 assisted feeding in line with dysphagia guidelinesMedication support (full assistance required)Behavioural support and emotional regulationCommunity access and social engagement where appropriateMaintaining a secure environment, particularly managing high falls riskComplex Support RequirementsNeurodegenerative condition (including cognitive and physical decline)Dementia-related behaviours and reduced communication capacityHigh falls risk due to impulsivity and unsafe mobilitySwallowing difficulties (dysphagia) requiring supervised eating/drinkingSleep disturbances,
