Car Hire Assistant (Casual)
Location: Tullamarine, VIC
Hours: Casual, versatile shifts (including weekends)
We're looking for a reliable and switched-onCar Hire Assistantto join our growing car-hire team based in Tullamarine.
All bookings are managed through theTuro platform, and you'll be a key part of ensuring our vehicles and guests are looked after to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Cleaning vehicles to ahigh standard(interior & exterior)
Handing cars over to guests and completingcheck-ins & check-outs
Communicating with guests via theTuro app, work phone, and computer
Delivering vehicles toMelbourne Airportand providing ashuttle service
Completingpremium deliveriesto specific guest locations
Completing adaily return logaccurately
Keeping the warehouse tidy and organised
Communicating with the team via aWhatsApp group chat
Assisting with ouron-site car wash businesswhen required
Communication Is Key
You'll be dealing directly with customers, so:
Strong English (spoken and written) is essential
Confident, friendly,



and professional communication is a must
Comfortable answering calls and responding to messages promptly

Reliable, responsible, and well-presented
Good attention to detail
Comfortable using apps and basic computer systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A valid driver's licence
Previous experience isnot required, but is a bonus
