As a Guest Services Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is pleasant and memorable.
This is a Casual position with full time hours based in the heart of Kew.What you'll be doingGreeting and checking in/out guests in a timely and courteous mannerResponding to guest inquiries and requests, both in person and over the phoneAssisting with luggage and providing concierge services as neededProcessing payments and maintaining accurate financial recordsResolving guest issues and concerns in a professional mannerMaintaining a clean and welcoming reception areaProactively identifying opportunities to enhance the guest experienceWhat we're looking forPrevious experience in a customer service or hospitality roleStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilitiesProficient in using hotel management software and technologyFlexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidaysA positive, friendly,
