Axial Training is one of Queensland's well-established Registered Training Organisations, delivering nationally recognised apprenticeships and traineeships directly into workplaces across Queensland and New South Wales.
We're looking for a confident, enthusiastic and highly personable Account Manager to join our Queensland team.
Please note: This is a Full-Time, 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract with the potential for extension.
What's Involved?
Building and maintaining strong relationships with employers and industry partners.
Supporting apprentices and trainees throughout their training journey.
Promoting Axial Training's fantastic workplace-based training model.
Identifying new business opportunities throughout Central Queensland.
Travelling across Mackay and surrounding areas.
Who Are We Looking For?
We're looking for a genuine people person who can talk to anyone, anywhere, anytime!
Ideally, you'll have experience in the Registered Training Organisation (RTO),



vocational education, apprenticeship support or related industries, with a sound understanding of apprenticeships, traineeships and employer engagement.
Most importantly, you'll be someone who:
Loves meeting people and building lasting relationships.
Is a natural communicator who can engage confidently with anyone.
Has a passion for delivering a outstanding message and promoting services they genuinely believe in.
Is motivated, organised and comfortable working independently.
Brings energy, enthusiasm and a positive attitude to everything they do.
A current driver's licence and willingness to travel are essential.
