Country Mile Home Care Pty is seeking a Quality Assurance Officer for a hands‐on, quality‐driven role in Parramatta.
You will help staff translate quality requirements into everyday practice, conduct audits, and support management with evidence and documentation for regulatory reviews.
You will work closely with the clinical team, case managers and service partners, monitoring incidents, driving continuous improvement and ensuring staff and subcontractors meet training and qualification
