This CAT (Catastrophe) Season, we're looking for people who are driven by purpose and want to make a real difference.
From December through March, we'll be building a talent pool of passionate professionals ready to support customers and communities impacted by natural disasters.

As a Claims Management Officer, you'll support property or motor claims.
You'll build strong relationships with our customers to deliver a seamless claims experience while supporting those who may be experiencing stress and uncertainty following a weather-related event.
This is a predominantly phone-based role, where you'll be the first point of contact.
These temporary opportunities will be based in Meanjin (Eight Mile Plains, Brisbane).
Work Hours & Availability
6-week initial training period, with attendance required in the Eight-Mile Plains office full-time during training7.5 hour shifts that operate between 7:00am and 7:00pm, Monday to FridayWeekend availability required between 8:30am and 5:30pmHybrid working arrangements available following training and demonstrated competencyRosters will be provided at least 4 weeks in advance to support planning and flexibility




What You'll Do
Manage Property or Motor claims, ensuring a compassionate and professional customer experienceTake inbound calls and support customers affected by natural disaster eventsLodge claims and assess information accurately and efficientlyRead and interpret reports and supporting documentationNavigate multiple systems while maintaining high attention to detail
What You'll Bring
Solid customer service experience within fast-paced, high-pressure or regulated environmentsResilience and confidence handling complex and emotional conversationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsTech-savvy and proven ability to confidently use multiple systems and platforms simultaneouslyAbility to multitask and manage high call volumes
