Regis Resources Ltd is seeking a Process Training Advisor to join our Processing team at the Duketon operation.
You will coordinate site-based training programs and assessments in consultation with the Training Department to support the development of Process Operations personnel.
This is a FIFO role on an 8:6 roster, ex-Perth.
The role focuses on developing training pathways, maintaining SWIs and procedures, coordinating training needs analyses, and delivering both in office and off-site
