This full-time role (38 hours per week) involves leading case management for vulnerable families, delivering in-home support, and coordinating referrals to specialist services to keep children secure.
Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counselling or a related field, at least two years' case-management experience, and a current QLD Blue Card.
